This is a model of an old sidebuilding at my childhood home. The scale of the model is 1:100 and the size of it's base 25*25 cm. The blossoming lawn has been created by scattering dyed sawdust on green paint and a layer of glue still wet.
Shortly in Finnish: Tämä on pienoismalli lapsuuden kotitilastani Asikkalassa. Materiaalina on käytetty pääasiassa pahvia ja pienoismalli on upotettu lasikantisen sohvapöydän sisään. Jouduin tekemään pöytään ylimääräisen välipohjan valkopintaisesta vaneerista, muuten tämä malli oli sopivin pienoismallia varten.
Digging through old stuff, I found something I could use for this year's MayDay party - a mask inspired by Gary Larson's Far Side comics. A 15-year old mask that had gone through a rough party and several migrations was a bit in a bad shape, but usable anyways. But a I was hosting a party and the mask was quite clumsy (especially what come to vision), I couldn't keep the mask on for very long. It seemed to do quite an impression to the kids though, who surrounded me fast, wanting to make me reveal my face :)
I have brought here pictures and descriptions of some characters I have played. However, a great amount of pictures are quick sketches or they have disappeared somewhere with old GM's so there are only few pictures on this page.
Dania began her 'career' as an adventurer, desiring for fame, glory and experiences. Those she found unexpectedly when she revealed and nullified a plan to assasinate the king.
My Beasts & Barbarians campaign starts soon, and I wanted to take a few inspirational photos while waiting for the game. These diorama-like photos have only few pieces of terrain, but represent situations that might well be epic moments in a Sword & Sorcery game.
This is a collection of my fantasy city terrains put together, to form a full diorama of a city port area.

Here's a few pics from the model of my home farm in Asikkala where I grew up, to be a gift for my father. Above, you can see all but one of the buildings in the model. The models I've created before and given as a gift, now I'll create the terrain around and build it inside a glass -covered table.
