Beasts & Barbarians: Campaign primer
This post is meant for the players in my own upcoming Beasts & Barbarians campaign, but you can freely use it for your own campaign.
Links: Beasts & Barbarians Quick Start guide, Savage Worlds Test drive. You REALLY should read the quick start & it's recommendable to read the later parts (rules) of the Test drive too.

Beasts and Barbarians Quickstart sheet
Welcome to the crash course to Dread Star Realms!
When there came speak of Beasts & Barbarians quick start sheet with Piotr, he mentioned that GRAmel folk are currently very busy but hoped a fan could do it. Knowing that many of my player wouldn't read the player's guide, I decided to accept the challenge, and here you can see the result. Hopefully this will help many Beasts & Barbarians games to start better!
Prepainted miniatures for Cyberpunk/Modern: Expanding repertoire - some excellent choises
Prepainted miniatures for Beasts & Barbarians
I've now been posting several posts about prepainted miniatures fitting for Sword & Sorcery settings. This time, I'm making a world -specific entry about monsters - for my favourite setting Beasts & Barbarians. I'm mostly using D&D miniatures but also other cheap miniatures, mainly from mage knight/clix series.
RPG miniature additions for a D&D miniatures collector
I started collecting DDM just for my roleplaying needs, and after the 1+6 boxes I was hooked - if you've collected anything you know how it goes. Anyway, as many DDM collectors know, there has always been some holes in DDM collection, even if many of them got filled close to the end of the line. To fill these holes, you need to find alternative sources. Horror clix, Heroclix,Star Wars miniatures, Mage Knight and Heroscape are main sources for miniatures I've found.
Pulut (Pigeons) - scratchbuilt wedding cake decoration
I've been drawing Pulut -sarjakuva (Pigeons -comics) for a Finnish young's community site, and like I've often drawn these pigeons to guestbooks and in greetings, I decided to create a decoration for our wedding cake of these comic characters. The same theme was seen in wedding invitation, where one pigeon 'accidentally' prod a ring closer to another pigeon - and the wedding cake decoration was made from this picture.
Miniatures for Babylon 5 rpg: Narn (Customized prepainted miniatures)
While I'm still going to post more in prepainted Modern/Cyberpunk miniatures series, I thought of posting some miniatures from another project of mine. I'm going to run Babylon 5 some day, and I want miniatures for it too. For this purpose I've been collecting some prepainted minis that are easy to modify - even if I sometimes have to repainte them completely.
Here's my Narn minis:
Review: Beasts & Barbarians Golden Edition
If you've been reading my posts, you know I've become a huge fan of Gramel and it's Beasts & Barbarians products. When Golden Edition came out, I run to buy the pdf right away. This new 210-paged document gives you mainly two new things: New images (which I like a lot, even if I had a small hope of having color graphics instead B&W), adventure generator, npc collection and a bunch of new monsters.
